Service Delivery & Shipping

Payment gateways ask every merchant for a shipping policy. Qartlo sells software, not physical goods, so this page covers both what we deliver to merchants and who is responsible for shipping the goods sold through stores built on it.

What we deliver, and when

Qartlo is a hosted service delivered electronically. There is nothing to ship and no delivery charge.

• On signup — your store and admin panel are available immediately, with your first 10 orders free.
• On subscribing — the paid plan activates as soon as Razorpay confirms the payment, normally within a minute. If a payment succeeds but your plan does not activate within an hour, contact us and we will fix it manually.
• Access — the Service is reachable at https://app.qartlo.com and at any custom domain you connect.
• Invoices — a GST tax invoice is issued for each successful payment and is available immediately on your billing page, where you can view, print, or save it. Razorpay separately emails a payment confirmation to the address on your subscription.

Goods sold through a store on Qartlo

When you buy from a store built on Qartlo, the merchant is the seller. They set their own delivery areas, charges, and timelines, and they are responsible for shipping, packaging, delivery, and anything that goes wrong with it.

Qartlo does not warehouse, pack, ship, or deliver any merchant’s goods, and does not set their delivery timelines.

The delivery terms that apply to your order are the ones shown on that store at checkout and on your order confirmation. For any question about a delivery, contact the store directly.

If you cannot reach a merchant

Email support@qartlo.com with your order number and the store name. We can help you make contact and, where a payment clearly failed to produce an order, help resolve it — but we cannot ship goods or refund on a merchant’s behalf. See Refunds & Cancellations.
